ELAHrise™ - Where Experience Becomes Research

ELAHrise™ is an immersive Experiential NeuroLearning™ experience designed to move beyond understanding concepts intellectually and into experiencing them in real time.

Participants explore self-awareness, emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, metacognition, connection, decision making, and behavioral patterns through intentionally designed individual and group experiences.

But ELAHrise™ is also something more.

It is part of an evolving behavioral research initiative.

We aren't simply saying our experiences are informed by neuroscience.

We are studying what happens when people participate in them.

What Are We Studying?

The experiences within ELAHrise™ were developed around six interconnected mechanisms that form part of our research framework:

Predictive Processing

How previous experiences shape what the brain anticipates and how new lived experiences may create opportunities to update those expectations.

Memory Reconsolidation

How previously learned emotional responses may become available for updating when new experience challenges what the brain expects.

Resonant Encoding

Our developing framework for investigating how emotionally meaningful and relational experiences may become encoded, reinforced, and expressed through subsequent learning and behavior.

Gratitude & Prosocial Emotion

How gratitude, appreciation, connection, and positive social experiences relate to emotional state, attention, learning, and well being. The scientific foundation used in developing ELAH specifically references research on gratitude interventions.

Autonomic Safety & Co-Regulation

How safety, connection, and interaction with others influence nervous system state, learning, and behavioral response.

Interpersonal Neurobiology & Integration

How the brain, body, emotions, relationships, and lived experiences interact as part of learning and behavioral adaptation.

The original scientific architecture behind ELAHTM intentionally brought together the first five mechanisms rather than relying upon a single theory of change. Resonant Encoding expands the research framework through which we are now studying the experiential process.

What You Receive Inside ELAHrise™

90 Days of Guided Instruction, Experiential Learning, Community, and Support

ELAHrise™ is a 90-day transformational learning experience designed to help participants heal, grow, practice, and integrate the ELAH™ way of living in real time.

From the beginning, participants are welcomed into a private online community and digital classroom with people from around the world who are working together to heal themselves, support one another, and rise into greater emotional clarity, gratitude, balance, and goodness.

The journey begins with 12 hours of live, instructor-led online training, delivered over four nights. Each session is recorded, so participants can revisit the material or catch up if they are unable to attend live.

Immediately after the four nights of training, while the learning is fresh, participants begin the Five-Day ELAHChrys Experience™, an intensive experiential learning process where the world becomes the classroom. Over five days, participants move from information into application, practicing awareness, gratitude, emotional regulation, intentional action, and real-life transformation.

After completing the Five-Day ELAHChrys Experience™, participants continue the 90-day journey through weekly group coaching calls. During this phase, coaches assign experiential neurolearning exercises that help participants apply the principles in daily life, strengthen new patterns, and continue building emotional, relational, and behavioral alignment. Participants are encouraged to openly share and support each other in a community of love.

At the completion of the 90 days, participants receive access to the full ELAHchrys Cards of Transformation™, designed to be practiced two exercises per week for the rest of their lives. These exercises help keep the work alive through repetition, reflection, gratitude, and continued personal growth.

Graduates are also invited into Grativine™, our master private online community for ELAHrise™ graduates. Grativine™ is where participants continue to receive camaraderie, emotional support, encouragement, and connection beyond the course.

This is where participants maintain their goodness.

ELAHrise™ is not just a course. It is a guided 90-day experience, a living classroom, a supportive community, and a lifelong practice for returning to gratitude, balance, healing, and pure love. ELAH™ becomes a way of life.

From Human Experience to Measurable Data

Human experience gives us extraordinarily rich information.

Throughout the ELAHrise™ experience, participants are provided opportunities to reflect on and report aspects of their experience through a series of structured research assessments and surveys.

These tools allow us to collect both qualitative and quantitative data and begin examining patterns across areas such as awareness, emotional intelligence, emotional regulation, behavioral response, connection, learning, and perceived change over time.

We aren't interested only in whether someone enjoyed the experience.

We Want to Understand What Happened.

  • What changed?

  • When did participants begin noticing change?

  • Were there shifts in awareness or behavioral patterns?

  • Did participants recognize emotional responses differently?

  • Did learning transfer into everyday situations?

  • Did those changes persist over time?

As our research develops, this data allow us to examine individual experiences while also looking for broader patterns that may help us better understand how experiential learning relates to behavioral change.

An Opportunity to Participate in Emerging Research

ELAHrise™ participants may also have the opportunity to contribute to emerging research at the intersection of experiential learning, neuroscience, emotional intelligence, neuroplasticity, and human behavior.

Research participation is voluntary and based on informed consent. Participants are provided appropriate information about what data are being collected, how those data may be used, and their choices regarding participation.

For those who choose to participate, the experience offers something unique:

The opportunity not only to experience Experiential NeuroLearning for themselves, but to contribute data that may help us better understand how human beings learn, adapt, develop awareness, and create new behavioral patterns.

Our goal is to build an evidence base around what we observe, not assume the outcome.

Studying the Neuroscience Behind the Behavior

Behavior is what we can observe and report.

We are also interested in the neurobiological mechanisms that may help explain what we observe.

Our developing research examines existing neuroscience involving learning, memory, neuroplasticity, emotional regulation, reward, social connection, prediction, attention, and neurotransmitter and neuromodulatory systems.

We are not claiming that ELAHrise™ has already proven a particular neurochemical effect. The foundational work itself recognizes that the methodology has not yet been validated through randomized controlled trials and identifies formal outcome research as an important next step.

That's precisely why we're studying it.

We develop hypotheses.

We collect the data.

We examine the patterns.

We measure what can responsibly be measured.

And we allow the evidence to tell us what is happening.

The Science Informs the Experience.

The Experience Generates the Data.

The Data Helps Us Understand the Change.

The Patterns That Drive
Behavior Show up Everywhere

Organizations & leadership teams

Healthier cultures. Teams that respond, not react.

C-Suite & HR

Engagement up. Burnout down. Recognition built in.

Leaders & managers

See how emotion drives decisions and team dynamics.

Individuals in transformation

Break old patterns. Build intentional living.

ELAHrise™ Isn't Simply Something You Learn

It's something you experience and, for those who choose to participate in the research, an opportunity to contribute to our evolving understanding of experiential learning and human behavior.
