The goal of our work is to support awareness, emotional intelligence, metacognition, gratitude-centered behavior change, resilience, communication, leadership development, and personal or organizational growth.

Participation in our programs does not create a therapist-client, doctor-patient, attorney-client, fiduciary, or licensed clinical relationship.

By participating, you acknowledge that personal growth work can bring up strong emotions, memories, discomfort, resistance, vulnerability, or unexpected reactions.

You are responsible for using your own judgment, choosing whether to participate in any exercise, stopping any exercise that feels unsafe or inappropriate, seeking professional support when needed, and using the services in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your participation in our services.

7. Results Are Not Guaranteed

We believe deeply in the ELAH™ framework and the power of experiential learning. However, outcomes vary by person, organization, effort, consistency, participation, environment, leadership support, emotional readiness, and many other factors.

We do not guarantee specific personal transformation, emotional healing, business results, revenue growth, reduced burnout, improved workplace culture, improved relationships, improved leadership performance, mental health outcomes, physical health outcomes, financial outcomes, spiritual outcomes, permanent behavior change, or any specific measurable result.

Any examples, testimonials, stories, case studies, or descriptions of outcomes are illustrative only. They do not promise or guarantee that you or your organization will experience the same or similar results.

8. Booking Calls and Consultations

We may offer free or paid consultation calls, discovery calls, clarity sessions, strategy calls, relationship pattern clarity sessions, or other introductory sessions.

Booking a call does not guarantee acceptance into any program, guarantee a particular result, create a coaching relationship, create a clinical relationship, or obligate either party to enter into a paid relationship.

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, cancel, or limit consultations at our discretion.

9. Payments, Fees, and Billing

Prices, fees, program descriptions, payment options, and billing terms may vary by offer and will be provided at or before the time of purchase.

You may not copy, share, resell, sublicense, distribute, upload, publish, teach, train others from, modify, reverse engineer, or create competing products from our materials without written permission.

17. Workplace and Organizational Services

For organizational clients, ELAHvate™ and related services may involve leadership training, culture development, workshops, employee participation, organizational consulting, AI-supported measurement, surveys, dashboards, communication analysis, or third-party workplace culture tools.

Organizational clients are responsible for obtaining required employee consents, complying with employment laws, privacy laws, labor laws, workplace policies, and internal procedures, and avoiding discriminatory, retaliatory, invasive, or unlawful use of insights, analytics, recommendations, or reports.

We do not act as your employer, HR department, legal counsel, compliance officer, therapist, investigator, or medical provider.

18. User Content and Submissions

If you submit comments, messages, testimonials, feedback, forms, survey responses, stories, images, videos, documents, audio, or other content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate the rights of others.
