Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases, bookings, programs, services, digital products, workshops, courses, coaching, consulting, subscriptions, memberships, and related offerings provided by Unooso Investments, LLC dba itspurelove.com.
By purchasing, booking, enrolling in, or participating in any itspurelove.com service, you agree to this policy.
1. General Policy
Because many of our services involve preparation, reserved time, digital access, proprietary materials, course access, coaching availability, consulting work, workshop planning, or customized delivery, payments are generally non-refundable unless a specific written offer states otherwise.
2. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee specific personal, emotional, business, financial, relationship, leadership, workplace, health, mental health, or organizational outcomes.
Dissatisfaction with results, failure to participate, failure to complete assignments, or failure to use the services provided does not automatically qualify for a refund.
When enrolling in any personal course offered by itspurelove.com (excluding ELAHvate™) each client signs a coaching agreement which also provides additional protection based upon the Principal of Abundance, Opening Abundance, and Closing Abundance as outlined in the “Coaching Agreement”). Refunds may be available as outlined, see individually signed “Coaching Agreement”
3. Coaching, Consulting, and One-on-One Services
For coaching, consulting, clarity sessions, strategy sessions, transformation sessions, or other one-on-one services, payment reserves time, preparation, and availability.
Missed sessions may be forfeited if proper notice is not provided.
Refunds are not guaranteed once scheduling, preparation, communication, or service delivery has begun.
Failure to attend, respond, participate, complete assignments, or engage with the process does not create a right to a refund.
4. Workshops, Live Events, and Organizational Programs
For workshops, company training, ELAHvate™ programs, live events, retreats, leadership programs, or organizational consulting, deposits may be non-refundable.
Custom preparation, planning, travel, materials, facilitation design, consultant time, and reserved dates may be non-refundable.
Cancellations may be subject to cancellation fees.
Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion and may require additional fees.
5. Digital Products, Courses, Downloads, and Online Access
Digital products, online courses, videos, workbooks, templates, decks, prompts, AI tools, memberships, downloads, and other online resources are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, content has been delivered, or login credentials have been provided.
6. Subscriptions, Memberships, and Recurring Billing
If you enroll in a subscription, membership, payment plan, or recurring billing program, the billing terms will be disclosed at or before purchase.
You are responsible for canceling before your next billing date if you do not want to continue.
Cancellation stops future billing unless otherwise stated. Cancellation does not automatically refund prior payments.
7. Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless a written agreement states otherwise.
A payment plan is not a subscription unless clearly stated. It is a payment arrangement for the full purchase price.
8. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again, contact you for updated payment information, suspend access, pause services, cancel future sessions, or terminate your participation.
You remain responsible for amounts owed.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve the issue.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to services, sessions, courses, digital products, workshops, or consulting does not automatically cancel your financial obligation.
10. Company-Initiated Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, refuse service, or terminate participation if we determine that a program is no longer available, a participant is disruptive or unsafe, a client violates our Terms of Service, a payment fails, intellectual property is misused, or delivery becomes impractical due to circumstances outside our control.
If we cancel a paid service without providing access or delivery, we may offer a refund, credit, replacement service, or rescheduling option at our discretion, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
