With over two decades of proven success in high-performance sales and leadership, Thayne Martin built a career helping companies grow revenue, develop strong teams, and achieve breakthrough results. His experience spans multiple industries—including automotive, real estate, finance, banking, logistics, SaaS software, home remodeling and now neuroscience. No matter what industry, Thayne consistently ranked among the top 10 percent of performers nationwide. This is a powerful, authentic and yet very loving man.

He is a six-time President’s Club award recipient, recognized for exceeding sales objectives by as much as 174% of plan. He has driven multimillion-dollar contracts with industry leaders like Tesla, Cargurus and Montway Auto Transport, while implementing innovative sales processes that boosted regional performance.

His expertise blends emotional intelligence, strong negotiation skills, and hands-on industry knowledge to deliver measurable results—and lasting impact.

But it wasn’t boardrooms that shaped his greatest insights—it was childhood trauma, survival, and a late-in-life near-death experience that cracked him wide open and delivered a blueprint: The Equation of Life and Abundant Happiness (ELAH)™.

After surviving systemic childhood abuse and later facing death, Thayne experienced a miraculous psychological integration that awakened a life mission: to guide others in alchemizing pain into purpose and burnout into balance.

From Surviving to Leading

My purpose in life is to heal people and companies through the application of an equation so incredibly life changing, and yet so elegant and simple.

It is amazing what experiential neuroscience does to a person or company. The key to abundant happiness and prosperity requires rewriting your subconscious with a new, healthier version of yourself.

My work is about the transferring of knowledge through real life experiences designed to make a person “feel”. I am a master at experiential learning.

What we feel…we learn. what we learn...we master!
